[I18n]FIRSTINDEX missing

Hi, While testing the FreeType 2 backend the other day, I noticed that quite a few of the matrix encodings in fonts/encodings/large still fail to include a FIRSTINDEX line. I'm wondering if somebody competent could fix that. (FIRSTINDEX lines should *not* be included in linear encodings.)
