No. Memory is allocated to _active_ LPARs only. Inactive LPARs use no
memory or CPU resources.

A search of the web shows an -02 version of
SNA FORMAT AND PROTOCOL REFERENCE: ARCHITECTURAL LOGIC (SC30-3112).
That's the edition I have.

What good is the diagnostic data without the code? So you get a RC of
XYZ from a module you never heard of doing an undisclosed function. What
would that tell you?
From experience (when I had OCO-access while I was IBM) I know that the
return codes are usually described in some non-OCO
