active) like we do to the D EXIT,DIAG command?
Yes, that is one approach that would work.
Another approach is to have LLA use dynamic LPA to add CSVLLIX1 so that you
could use LPAMOD=CSVLLIX1 on your SLIP trap.
To be honest, I
SLIP SET,IF,ACTION=TRACE,PVTMOD=(CSVLLIX1,00,19A),END
For slip traps on private modules I always use MODE=HOME.

SLIP PVTMOD does not work for CSVLLIX1 because the module is loaded to
common via LOAD with DE (directed load) and no CDE is created on the JPQ

How does one trace the execution of CSVLLIX1? LLA shows that the exit is
active, but when I attempt to trace via SLIP IF and GTFTRACE I don't get
any records in by trace dataset.
SLIP command is; SLIP SET,IF,ACTION=TRACE,PVTMOD=(CSVLLIX1,00,19A),END
And GTFTRACE is simple TRACE=SLIP
