Based on results from several conversions from 1.9 to 1.11 I have seen that
the overhead has decreased between 5% and 7%. This is an average of all
types of workloads, but the biggest gains are at sites with more OLTP going on.

teh current and future software level and the machine you're running

I would expect z/OS overhead across those two releases to be less (on
the order of 7-10% less), not more, but your mileage will vary

go down) if you did not exploit any new function when you upgraded products.
