IBM should jump on this since this is a strength of z/OS transaction
workloads and zLinux server consolidation. I have not seen any statements
of power efficiency on a transaction/watt metric.

need for IT empowerment. z/OS zLinux still do not have a compelling
empowerment message. You can't sell someone a product if they don't
