I really would prefer to continue using Bookmaster for producing this
document, and printing it, but with IBM dropping support for it, I would like

Yes, I am aware of B2H, and do utilize it, but that doesn't allow for
printing
I would just keep using it. Unsupported just means you won't be able to
open a new APAR or PMR for a problem. BookMaster is well documented

and has been thoroughly used within IBM and many other large customers for
