Hello Jan-Simon!

I would glady help you with an automatic script :-) I will be in #ifolder at
1800 (GimpNet right?), if I'm unresponsive just ping me (blueCommand)

I'm in the process of creating the debs ATM, and here are some things that
have snagged me so far:
/usr/libexec/{web,webaccess,admin} is not a valid path in Ubuntu / Debian, I
propose /usr/share/libsimas/ insteadA bit related to 1 is that the dlls
should in a Debian system be located in /usr/lib/cil/libsimias-1.4 and exes
in /usr/lib/libsimias/Make clean make distclean does _not_ remove all dll
and exefiles created during build, also a .resource was left.
I have solved these by hacking the Makefile.am files and I can provide a
(quite messy atm) diff for it.
Please read this
http://pkg-mono.alioth.debian.org/cli-policy/ch-packaging.html if you're
interested.

Greetings,
Christian

Hi Christian !

SVN trunk is the code to become the stable 3.6 release, as Kalis said.

I would encourage you to help me getting ubuntu builds also ready for the
openSuSE buildservice (yes it can build packages for ubuntu). But i'm a
NOOB regarding .deb building.
My packages are in the opensuse buildservice repo
(http://software.opensuse.org/download/home:/dl9pf/).
These are made from svn trunk. See SVN instructions on
http://www.ifolder.com/ .

Please contact me if you're interested.

For a bit of help you can also look inside the SVN-all-in-one build
scripts I created. Available on www.ifolder.com, section Howtos, Topic
Misc, SVN build script (CMDLINE-Options a.s.o.) .

I'm also on the IRC Channel #ifolder (nick dl9pf), but I'm only active at
around 18:00 UTC and a bit in the morning.

 Hello.

As my previous email stated, I'm packing iFolder to Ubuntu.
I've started with packing 3.4 (not finished), but I found various
mention
about a 3.6 on the mainsite?
The download page states that 3.4 is the way to go, well it's a bit
vague.

But I can't seem to find any information nor source to 3.6 only
pre-built
 binaries.
Is 3.6 a SVN-trunk thing or does it have releases?

And what about 3.5? There I've found tarballs, but not for things like
 ifolder-nautilus that 3.4 has.

 Please enlighten me.
 Thanks
 Christian
