Multiple account login as Google provides, is very unstable and incomplete.
When I use gmail account as well as Google apps account, it breaks a lot.
They will get it fixed and fully integrated with other Google services in
future, but for now, I wont go for it.

I bought a Dell two years back with FreeDOS from Nehru Place showroom
only. I don't know if they still sell those systems there, but you can surely
contact them via their website to enquire about this.
I had also called them up at their Bangalore office and they had agreed

It's true that you can buy Dell without Windows as they do offer some models
