Anuvrat has been tested positive with dengue the night before yesterday,
and is probably back to his hometown by now.
Someone else will have to carry forward the initiative from here, until he
fully recovers and comes back into action.

I am not able to take out much time to push the Mozilla camp for this

OK, please start a campaign to educate the millions of users who
have net access across the globe.
Alternately, or mandate the vendors of such devices to put such rules
by default into their devices.
