Did you try doing a nslookup on any website, for eg yahoo.comhttp://yahoo.com? and try a traceroute to that website using the IP Address returned from nslookup. This will tell you if the DNS lookups are slow or the reliance network is having problems. For the former, u can modify your

further, Bimal, this 202.138.103.100 http://202.138.103.100 nameserver is the secondary nameserver for reliance and is mostly having problems ( This I know was the case about 10 months back) and believe that they are still having issues. Hence, incase 202.138.103.100
