Thanks to all guys to replied so fast and sharing their priceless views on the topic. I really appreciate that you people tried to help me and tried to show the way to move on. And yes i agree that there are many people who do crash courses and get RHCE certificates but i am not one of those.

In my opinion a majority of people who do RHCE is with the view that we will do it and the job is ready for us because there is a shortage of skilled linux guys. I would say that its not their fault its rather marketed that way. Of Course the shortage is there but of those people who live beyond
