It will be seamless to users. Just make sure that the IP address(es) of the
IMail server are listed in mynetworks and you will be good to go. No
additional authentication necessary by the IMail server to the Postfix server.

My simple instructions (you must have CLAM av running now);
Download stable version
You can always use ignore to remove the unwanted headers. Something like:
/^Received:.*127\.0\.0\.1.*your\.hostname\.com/IGNORE
in a separate amavisd header_check, cleanup process will cause Postfix to
strip out these headers after the message has been received back from
Amavisd-new.
