With this checked, I would always get a file
from the main trunk. It would seem to ignore
my current branch.
With it off, I could do an update -D 22 mar 2002

but check the man page for your specific version.
If xinetd isn't opening the port, it should print or log an error
message when it restarts--watch for that.
