I have, from time to time, used many of the server-side languages that you
list, and am generally dissatisfied with all of them for various reasons.
My current plan for future projects is to use Node.js, unless I run into any
absolute show stoppers.

In general, I think the official documentation should continue to be
server-side agnostic. The other thing to keep in mind is that for each
language there are a variety of frameworks and HTML
node is an interesting option!
