The DHCP request only appears in the syslog after step 3 when I do the following: 1. Boot the client machine into ipxe, 2. issue the dhcp command, 3. restart the client machine
When I boot back into ipxe, the (seemingly endless) DHCP messages stop appearing in syslog. Debug info: Waiting for link-up on net0...
