Have been listening to 930Kc for over two hours. I thought that the ESPN
station was from Jacksonville, FL. The ID from this station popped out of
the noise at 0240, ESPN 930, WRVC. Then back into ESPN programming.
Whats funny is that the 930 in JACKSON, MS is also Sprots too, but I don't
know what network they carried.
Good catch!

Hi Guys:
Well...after some Slim Pickens the past few days...I decided to Camp Out
on the Graveyard Frequencies this morning at Sunrise. Turns out to be quite
profitable as I logged 3 NEW STATIONS for the ULR Log, 2 of which are NEW
to the OVERALL Log as well!! Conditions have generally been

Good Morning,
Dennis had the right idea- go back to bed. The powerhouses were
struggling to produce audio, the usually interesting frequencies were dead,
and
the only signal with much strength was KBOI-670's IBOC. Amazing how this

Conditions here were much like yesterday, early promise, but the end
result was mediocre at best. If anything the early promise was better
than yesterday, with all kinds of decent carriers even before 1200, but
the levels had dropped considerably by 1300, with then only a very modest
rise prior
Last night conditions just after LSS revealed a very strong WCPC
Houston, MS on 940, in the car. They ran weather w/ ID at the BOH, in
between dreadful GOS music (and I'm a Christian :) ) . If you need
them, and conditions are similar tonite, tune in after about 1915 EDT.
They were still there
I did not say that I was awake for them.
I held a wake for them.
Hets and or ultra-muffled audio on 567, 594, 612, 621, 639, 648, 747, 774(6),
828.
For me there were no signs of hets or any action above 900khz.
I hope this turns around - it is only October after all.

Anyone else experience this?
They've been severely undermodulated the last couple of years, Colin. What's the
carrier level at your place?

Hi Guys:
Welltoday must have been the Official GRAVEYARD DX Day. This morning
I logged 3 New Graveyarders at Sunrise...and at Sunset today I logged 1
More.which is also NEW to the Overall Log. I guess I'll take 'em
wherever I can find 'em!!
Radio used for this reception
You know, the one good thing is with Class C Graveyarders, then can't run
overpower.
Well, that is unless they're licensed for less then 1KW FUlltime (I know of
one in FL that is) and they run the full gallon.
I need to start DXing again, but my boss made me give back the headphones
they gave me

It's not much, but a few carriers (and actually audio on 1134 - which is
miles ahead of anything else). 1377 is second best at the moment.
First sign of any TAs here since the recent solar action. Perhaps a
sign conditions might break out of the doldrums we've been in for the
past week?

WTIC IBOC has been off for several days now. Probably just equipment
problems,
1134 has a 5 level carrier in Victoria. Nothing on 1377 at 03:35
UTC..Walt.
Had a level 4 carrier on 1215 at about 0300 UTC.
Have not been at the dial since.
