Checked 1470 and got a pileup of 3 or 4 stations, one was Country music but on an ESE/WNW bearing, not anywhere near Kansas... Got the electrical/electronic part of the active rod where I want them but the mechanical bits are still the temporary PVC pipe and Duck Tape so I had to patch it

They do, but so does WRCO in Richland Center, according to the Milwaukee Brewers affiliate list that I printed off radiotime.com.  That's why I'm especially curious to know whtich one I have.    And the Reds list shows two affiliates on 1340, WXFN in Muncie, IN and WIZE in Springfield, OH.
