As of this morning the DNS servers I route through have caught up. My
old saved link ( without the www. ) works, as does the above. Last
evening, neither worked.

No joy here either.
Try these two: www.sunrisesunset.com/usa/

I have been using Barry M's web site all day. The domain name has a
new IP and it has not caught up with the DNS servers.
You can access his site at http://74.104.55.19/ambc/

Keep checking back. The DNS servers should be caught up soon.
Meanwhile, you can use the explicit address.

If the IP address does not change, you can use it in lieu of the domain name.
Alternatively, if you use the URL that was quoted earlier
(http://topazdesigns.com/ambc), you will have problems. Use
http://www.topazdesigns.com/ambc. It works fast AND is the correct URL.

Use the right URL!
It is not topazdesigns.com, it is www.topazdesigns.com. It comes up
immediately if you use the right URL. Trace routes come up different for the
two as well. The one with the www in front points to the right place.

To answer your question, you could still use the explicit address
until the IP changes, and that is probably not likely to happen for a
