[IslamCity] Amazing Hadiths

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) once told a companion: "You are not better than people (of other races) unless you excel them in piety."
Al-Tirmidhi, Hadith 1361
 
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Whoever prays the dawn prayer in congregation, it is as if he had prayed the whole night long." (Muslim, p. 454, no. 656; al-Tirmidhi, 221).
 
"Angels come to you in shifts by night and by day. They meet at salaat al-fajr and salaat al-'asr, then those who had stayed with you at night ascend, and are asked by the One Who knows better than they: 'How did you find My servants?' They say, 'We left them when they were praying, and we came to them when they were praying.' " (Reported by al-Bukhaari, al-Fath, 2/33).
 
Do not stop the maid servants of Allah from going to the mosques of Allah." (Muwatta of Imam Malik)
 
"When the wife of one of you asks about going to the mosque, do not stop her." (Bukhari)
 
Prophet Muhammad said, "He who unfairly treats a non-Muslim who keeps
a peace treaty with Muslims, or undermines his rights, or burdens him
beyond his capacity, or takes something from him without his consent;
then I am his opponent on the Day of Judgment"
[Abu Dawud and Al-Bayhaqi]

The Prophet also said, "He who harms a non-Muslim who keeps a peace
treaty with Muslims has harmed me, and he who harms me has harmed Allah"
[At-Tabarani in Al-Awsat]

And he said, "He who kills a non-Muslim who keeps a peace treaty with
the Muslims will not smell the scent of Heaven, though its scent can
be traced to as far as a march of 40 years"
[Imam Ahmad and Al-Bukhari in Al-Jizyah]
The Prophet (Blessings and Peace be upon him) related that Allah said: "When I have taken away from someone, a most beloved one, and then he(patiently) expects a reward (from Me), I will compensate him with Paradise." [Bukhari]
 
authentic Hadith related by Tirmizi, the Prophet(Blessings and Peace be upon him) said: "Verily, when Allah takes away the son of one of His believing slaves, He says to the Angels: 'Have you taken the son of my believing slave? They answer, 'Yes', He then says, 'You took(away) the fruit of his heart?' They answer, 'He praised you and said, 'Verily, to Allah do we all belong, and to Him is our return.' Allah orders them, 'Build for my slave a house in Paradise, and call it the house of Praise."
"Only those who are patient shall receive their rewards in full, without reckoning." [Qur'an 39:10]
 
The Prophet(Blessings and Peace be upon him) said: "Verily, The greatness of the reward is from the greatness of the test. And indeed, if Allah loves a people, He tests them. Whoever is contented, for him is pleasure, and whoever is angry, upon him is wrath." [Tirmizi]

The prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "By Allah, if Allah guides one person by you, it is better for you than the best types of camels." [al-Bukhaaree, Muslim]

The prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)  also said, "Whoever calls to guidance will have a reward similar to the reward of the one who follows him, without the reward of either of them being lessened at all."
[Muslim, Ahmad, Aboo Daawood, an-Nasaa'ee, at-Tirmidhee, Ibn Maajah]
