POM misses dependency to oro

when including commons-validator, you get Runtime errors that refer to the oro
library, which is indeed referenced by commons-validator, but not declared in
the POM.
A fix is to manually include the ORO lib in your own POM, but that should be
fixed in commons-validator's POM.
