I'm using itext to add a flash file to a pdf document. My code works fine... that is, while i was using the trial version of Acrobat 9. I've now installed Adobe Design Premium CS4 (including Acrobat 9 pro); now when i open the output pdf file (with flash inserted by itext), i get the following
