I solved my issue using PdfStamper:
Open the pdf file, stamp a bunch of shapes (over 100.000), save and
close the file.
Repeat with more shapes.
Maybe is not elegant, but worked for me. It keep crashing with one
million elements but I don't need so many elements to be exported.
