i compiled the new OrderedTree.cs in my solution. i'm sorry to say this did
not resolve my issue.

i have a small number of PDFs (see attached) that dont play well with
iTextSharp. when i open my outputted file get the error message: There was
an error processing a page. There was a problem reading this document
(18).
if i comment out the stampers GetPdfLayers method, OR
from the SVN. Release dates is with Bruno.

i have a webapp that teachers use to fill out forms for special education.
i just started using iTextSharp (latest v.) to take a data entry PDF and
it's data via FDF, and render it into a completely new PDF containing just
the original PDFs image. i do this to ensure i get the smallest file
