JPedal gives you access to the text in a page, however, scanning 25000 pages would lock your system up i'm sure.

but you can give it a try

Hi,

 

I'm trying to read a document containing over 25000 pages and I want to extract pages from it that contain an account number in a specific range. However, I'm unable to find good documentation on how to do a search on a PDF document using java.

 

Can anyone be of assitance, and/ or provide a good example?
