This feature is very recent and was contributed by Leonard over a previous
version. I had to convert it to the current iText version. At this stage I
can't say if it has a bug, the bug is from the original code or the bug was
introduced in the conversion. If you concat a single pdf does it still
fails? Send me privately a pdf that fails so that I can reproduce the
problem here.
