Alberto, If it's compiling ok, but not running, then the classes you are compiling are not the same ones you are running. The runtime environment is picking up PdfDictionary.class without the definition of PdfDictionary.HALFTONE. Maybe the original itext jar file is on the CLASSPATH ahead of the
