Both ivtv-0.3.6v and ivtv-0.3.6w gives me no audio on both tuners for
the pvr500mce. ivtv-0.3.6u is the best version (for me) so far.

Well, ivtv-radio doesn't change anything about your ivtv installation,
so look somewhere else for the cause of your problem. Just don't use
it while you're trying to watch tv / record.

I've installed 0.3.6u and did a cold reboot. Now tuner0 shows static
and no audio, while tuner1 has video, but no audio. Does your
modprobe.conf have anything unique that you used to get it going?
