Donnie,
Do an insert f2. Arrow down to configuration manager and press enter.
Do a control shift d to load the default.
Do an alt s for set options.
Press enter on, user options.
The first item will be the progress bar. Just use your up and down arrow to
select how often you want to hear it.
In the configuration manager, probably changing it in the default file would
be best.
