Hello I had the same problem with internet and jaws after downgrading from 8 to 7.1. The way I solved this problem is completely uninstall all versions of jaws with all shared settings and install only the version you work with no problem. You should ask the administrators to do this for

I had such bad luck with JAWS 8 on my home computer that I can't really say I like it. Sigh. I wonder if the latest update would fix any of my problems on the internet at home using JAWS 8 with the first patch, jaws standard or classic or whatever they call the one that isn't pro. Sherry
