Why not just use the Alt+D to go to the address bar. I am able to click on links inside messages and Jaws goes to the website without any problem about 95% of the time. If on the odd chance it doesn't go to the open page, I just alt tab to the propper site. Marsha Visit the JAWS Users

Hi, Actually, the download feature of firefox is not a download manager. Also remember to change the download options in tools options advance main tab. A couple of options that you can change are the save file in a particular location and close the download window after the download is
