If you are using Jaws 9, when you hear the baloon message, you should be
able to press your left mouse button and that will give focus to that
message.

That I don't know and doubt that would be possible since VirtualBox wouldn't
know what a Voyager is classed as, however I believe you can create virtual
USB ports for the virtual machine. Maybe that would work? Good luck.
