Hello I suspect that the irritating intel display graphics driver is responsible. Jaws 11 is not the only version affected. Personally, my jaws 10 11 installations have been affected and the best thing to do so far is to avoid the intel display drivers so long as you can survive without it.

I think there's a setting in the options, under the tools menu, where you can change the setting to go directly to your inbox. Also, take a look at the layout submenu in the view menu. There might be something there as well. If you have those set, I'm not sure what else you could try, but that
