A jumplist allows you to view recent web pages or documents or perform
another task on a specific application that supports jumplists. To
access them, right click the program on the taskbar (the applications
key performs a right click), and you will see a list of options. This is
a jumplist

No, you have to launch it manually. If you want it to launch automatically
when you turn on your PC, you have to add it to the Start-up submenu in All
Programs. Otherwise, you can create a desktop icon and shortcut key to
