This is my first post to this list, so here goes.
I upgraded my Trend Micro PC Silen to version 16. It is even more
inaccessible than the previous version. I need to be able to turn it off
and shut off the firewall when I download programs and drivers and I can't
find a way to do
What does this mean. It seemed like gibberish to me. Please explain?

I get nothing when I open the view menu using Jaws 10 or 11. I do get the
zoom in zoom out choices if I press the applications key
What edition of Windows 7 are you using? If you are using Starter, you
need to do it through Display, otherwise you do it through Personalization.

Go to the link of the file you want to save and do a right click on it. Then
arrow down to save target as and hit enter. The save dialog box will come up
and you can do as you pleas with it.
