Hi Scott,
I would try routing JAWS to pc and then using the JAWS left mouse
click. There are some websites that are using some type of programming that
this is the only way to activate the buttons. You may have to use the JAWS
key with left arrow and right arrow to find the place you want
Sometimes shift+enter works.

I have XP and JAWS 8.0. While scrolling down my files, it now takes JAWS
about two secnds to read the name of the file instead of reading the file
