Hi all.
It appears my observations are unfounded. When I did an insert+q it told
me I was using the scripts for Skype 4.x/5 Beta. I guess they got merged
somehow with the JAWS 12 public beta, or they do come with JAWS 12 but
they will only really work with the latest Skype. I am not sure.

There's no way of telling how Jaws will perform using any Companies system
until its put to the test. Its best to get your States technology
department to test it out. They might have to write some Jaws scripts in

Not true. Earlier versions of Skype will work just fine under Windows 7
32 bit at least. So do the JAWS scripts. Just trying to keep on topic.

Ann: I'm currently taking a class from the JAG using Blackboard. It's
certainly not great, but seems doable with JAWS. Is your friend using a
fairly current revision of JAWS? The class I'm taking has a lot of imbedded

Hi, Thanks for your response. When I went to the JAWS menu, I checked the

I use jaws in a very fast paced call center. All the software is web

6 different utils that do work out of the box and about the same scripted.
So yes, indeed have someone that does scripting check them out.
Also learn jaws

Hello Prateek,
One way you can stop the application title and document name being announced
when you start a program is by adjusting the verbosity settings in
configuration manager. You can make the changes for a specific application
or to apply as default for all programs.
