Intersting. I did not know that, thank you.
I most of the time have used my laptop with an external keyboard but
having one with a numpad has made me consider using the inbuilt one.
I'll see how it goes.
Thanks much.

Hello Friends,
Using JAWS 11, an XP-Home machine, how does one check their System
Resources?
I used to know, and being a person who used a lot of different programs
during the day, opening and closing them, thus running down my System
Resources, I would some time reboot, to bring my System
Good morning,
We have a dilemma!
Our computer with FAX isn't working this morning and we use it to purchase
groceries.
Is anyone aware of an on-line fax sending service which is easily accessible
with Jaws?
Much thanks.

Sure is, and easy.
Just go to the link you want to copy. Now you can either right click
on it or hit application key, and arrow up to copy short cut, hit enter.
Now you can paste that link anywhere you want.

Alan,
I think what you're looking for is the information one can find under
Windows Task Manager. Two ways you can bring it up:
1. Ctrl+Shift+Escape key sequence -or-
2. Ctrl+Alt+Delete key sequence
From there you can examine various information on system resources.

Hi Betsy, I'm trying to install my Powerbraille 40.
Many years ago, when I got my laptop, I hooked up my Braille display from my
Pac Mate to it.
However, after my Braille Light died for the second time, I decided it was
time to give up on it and make my
Pack Mate take its place.
To that end,
Alan,
Use Windows+pause keys, (the pause key being the rightmost of the three
above the 6-pack on a desktop keyboard). You then see a group of tab
controls.
