I recently purchased a program called J tunes that works to help integrate I tunes and Jaws 12, I love it! $60.00 I think. There is a trial period before you have to buy. I think it was worth the money for sure. You should check it out for the free trial period. Hope this helps, Mickey

I was having the same problem in Firefox 4 and JAWS11 on Windows7. It didn't matter which page I was on. Sometimes FF would crash immediately, and sometimes it would wait 3 or 4 minutes before crashing. I finally uninstalled Firefox 4 and went back to version 3. All is well now.
