I returned the new computer I had and upgraded my acer 32 bit to windows seven. When I was talking to jaws tech support about the new computer, they had me change something about the view in windows seven that they said would cause jaws problems, unfortunately I don’t remember how to change that

Hi all: I have Caspersky but my windows machine had to do a system restore and that either corrupted or deleted Kaspersky's black list of program licenses so now it keeps annoying me with a pop up and I can't fix it because its inaccessible and I can't uninstall it because it won't respond.

Hi Alex, Over all I liked IE 9. There was just one site that I have to use and JAWS could not find the one section of the screen I needed. It was one of those drop down menus that one must use the JAWS curser to read. Have you had any issues finding things with the JAWS curser? God bless,
