when it pops up hit the jaws left click mouse button and that will click it if its still up there, thats why there passing along the way to extend the on screen time, smile. many of the main ones can also be found in the system tray after you turn on the all notafacations function for it.

Hi Unless FS changed the definition as well as the location of Personalized Web Settings in JAWS 13, I believe that you should have seen the results you wanted as long as you were on the specific web page when you opened Quick Settings. The next thing I would do is submit a problem to FS.
