It mostly depend on the app and how much accessibility is written into the code. Most call center apps are web based and give problems to most screen readers. Just because its web based don't mean its accessible. See html code witch is all accessible to web based app only has the look and

I use Jaws, Magic, Firefoxthe latest version as well as Internet Explorer 8 and I have the same problem. On some sites the difference is so pronounced that I turn off magic and just trust Jaws to get things done because the site is a bill paying site and will time out before I find my place. I
