Hi Tara,
I too am having this problemof not being able to send a page or link by
email from the, File/ Send sub-menues option. When I go to the File/Send
option Jaws tells me that page by email link by email are unavailable.
We've been working on this issue for the last couple of days
That's a different Insert Mode; different concept. In Word, it's to do
with either inserting (moving forward) or overwriting (existing text).

saw it when you first plugged it in, misidentified it, and now thinks its a
{insert X item here} so when you plug it in it loads the drivers for X and
