Yes, windows updates can and have messed with jaws. That has ben proven with bulletins on the Freedom Scientific support for jaws. I would have to say they updated the site and jaws don't handle it as well. I am finding that out with a lot of sites. Most of the web bugs should be fixed in j15 or

Does it do that for all web pages? Try going to google or yahoo and see if you get that problem. Also with the browser open hit alt+ f and arrow down to see if work off line is checked. If so hit enter on it and then hit f5 to see if web page comes up. And last point try to turn off macfee,
