In Outlook 2010.
Here's what you can try to clean out the deleted items folder.
With Outlook open.
Press Alt, this takes me to the home tab.
Arrow left to the File tab.
Arrow down to Info tab.
Arrow right 4 or 5 times to clean up tools button
Press space bar to open.
Arrow down to empty deleted

My latest Firefox with Jaws 15 and Win 7, kept crashing. The only way to fix
it was to delete Firefox and reinstal it. Now everything works again.

I saved the attouched file, for it was an email attouchment, in a folder. Then
I oppend Powerpoint and the file from there. I used ‘next’ in the context menu
to read each slide.

The little I played with it, it seemed more or less workable, but it
required a lot of useage of the Jaws cursor and going into and out of forms
mode with IE at least. Dont' recall if I messed around with it while in
Firefox.

Open the run dialogue with, Windows key + R, tuype what's below into the run
dialogue press enter:
clipbrd
Now, Alt + E, for edit, arrow down to delete and press enter, Alt + Y for
yes to clear the clipboard.
To view the contents of the clipboard use the Keystroke: Insert, Windows

accessibility link. If you hit enter and open that, they really do have
quite an extensive explanation of how to navigate around the site using
