Hi, Go to the sub menu of the program (Jaws submenu, for example). Press shift + F10. Go to properties and press enter. Tab to the quick command edit box. Type control + J, for jaws for example. The alt will automatically add it self. Tab down to apply, then shift tab to ok. And that's it.

Yep! I do agree that a person with vision will be reading a page ahead of your cursor. They'll be telling you directions, but you cannot perform a command until jaws reads it. But, isn't the jaws cursor high lighted on the screen? I guess not. Jorge -Original
