About two months ago, I was upgraded to Microsoft 2013. Now I notice my
Search feature no longer responds. I am not sure how to really figure this
one out. Any suggestions?

Hi
When I open a text document by pressing enter on it to open Notepad, it
always opens in a small window. But I would like it to open in a window
that is close to full screen. I know I could maximize the window from the
system menu, but the next time I open it, it will be small again. Is
when I am doing a virus scan with my anti virus program the scan seems
to get stuck at 85 percent on a quick scan and when I am doing a full

this started happening when I upgraded to windows 8.1
would anyone on the list know how to fix this problem?
I am using
You can create a shortcut and have it open in a maximized state.

I offer a function on the scripts page that will auto maximize almost any
window. I use it mostly for notepad, but any program that displays a
maximize icon in the upper corner of the screen should work.
Obviously you will need a small amount of scripting ability to install it
correctly.

Mike,
To maximize the Notepad documents that you open (.txt), do this:
1. If there is no Notepad icon on your desktop, put one there.
2. Right click on the Notepad icon on your desktop.
3. You will open onto the Shortcut tab, and tab down until you hear Open,
combo box, then arrow down to

They have a disability support area, just google Microsoft Disability
support and it will give you the link. You can have a live chat with
them, send them an email, or call them.

No, you create attachments in the same way you always have with OE. From
the message, alt-I for insert, A for attachment, then browse to the folder
with the attachment you wish to attach.

I just upgraded to NOD 32 v8. Accessibility is not 100% in either 7 or
8 but I think it's acceptable in either if you are a tinkerer. If not,
Vipre is surely accessible if not as highly rated as NOD 32.

Copy the file that you want to attach. Then paste it into the body of your
open outlook email. It will not go in to the body but will be attached. You
can press shift tab to check that it is there.

I believe that if at the main menu you press the F5 key, you can
navigate with your tab key and arrows. Give it a try anyway. You might
also try googling NOD32 accessibility and see what comes up. I don't
actually do antivirus screening any more - my NOD 32 keeps the bad stuff
away.

I go to the file in My Documents , etc. and locate the file I want then
use copy and then paste it just below the subject line.

When in a new message, a message being forwarded, a reply to a message or
