Yes, but using touch gestures is very easy on an iPhone, and they would be
similar on a computer with touch-based applications. I personally don't know
if touch gestures are useful on a Windows 7 machine, but one lister has

actually he is talking about the enter key on the numpad which is the
bottom right of the numpadthe bottom vertical long key. the touch
cursor is usually nore used with a braille display. these touch
cursor buttons are located over each braille cell.
Legend has it that on Wednesday 1/21/2015
Shift+NumPad Enter will activate touch cursor. Pressing NumPad Enter twice
quickly will return to PC cursor. Haven't experimented yet with it, but it
does come up in Windows 7.
