I have installed NVDA for those times when jaws crashes. It has saved
me quite a few times. I wouldn't want to use it as my primary screen
reader option, but for the purpose of getting out of a jam it's fine.

1. Press the Alt key and locate the File tab.
2. Down arrow to the Info option.
3. Press the right arrow to open that selection.
4. Right arrow until you hear the message pertaining to what Protected View
is for. You should be on a button

Just press f9 to refresh Outlook 2010 or later.
No need to close and open the program to do so.
In windows live mail press f5, to refresh the inbox.

someplace else, like right now I was in Internet Explorer when it went to

days ago, I cannot tell if whenI installed the latest version of Jaws 16 or
