Is there something special you have to do to get the Reader DC to work? I tried it and couldn't get JAWS to read anything. The same document worked fine in the old version of Reader, so it wasn't an image only pdf. I'd be willing to try this again if I could get it to work? -Original

He should be able to do this, however, as a work around, he could highlight the lyrics, copy them, and paste them into a text document or a word document. Not being able to print from the web could be a browser setting that is misconfigured or it could have something to do with the website
