message that a program is "not responding" and would prefer seeing that

May I asked why you don't want to update to IE11? If you are running XP you
can only run up to IE9 but if you are using W7, 8.0,8.1, or W10 you can use

I just got the Surface Pro 4 with the type cover .. cost was $1430 .. I
went with the I5, 8gb. of ram and 256gb. SSD. They have cheaper and more
